Energy Performance Certificates

Avoid fines, enhance energy efficiency and simplify legal obligations.

EPCs are a legal requirement for buildings built after 2008 to show its energy-efficiency.

With EIC’s help, you can easily follow the rules, meet the mandatory legal standard and avoid fines.

Proving Energy Performance Through EPCs

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are mandatory for buildings built after 2008 and must be prepared by a certified Energy Assessor along with a Recommendation Report.

These certificates are valid for 10 years and rate a building’s energy efficiency from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
